A lightweight sweater ideal for layering. Worked in the round with saddle shoulder shaping, folded collar, and twisted rib stitch detailing and sleeves.

The Kidsty Twist is named after a peak in the Lake District National Park - Kidsty Pike. It’s a pointy little summit that sticks out on the skyline, a bit like the twisted rib shoulder detail of this jumper.

This pattern has been graded and tested for the sizes XS-4XL. Chest circumferences 92cm (96cm) 104cm (112cm) 120cm (134cm) 146cm (154cm).

The sample is knit in one strand Knitting for Olive merino held together with one strand mohair. You can use any alternative yarn that meets gauge, for example one tester used one strand of sport weight yarn only.

The sweater will require yarn quantities of approximately 1150m - 1500m fingering weight yarn held together with equivalent quantities of lace weight yarn, depending on size.
