-approx. 15 grams yellow yarn DK /8 ply
-approx. 20 grams white yarn DK /8 ply
-a few of orange yarn DK /8 ply for beak and paws
-Soft polyester filling for toys or cushions
-2 black beads 5mm. diameter (to glue or sew) or black embroider thread
-Single point knitting needles 3.5 mm. (UK 10/ US 4)
-Tapestry needle
Skills: garter stitch, cast on, cast off/bind off, decrease (2 stitches together), increase (knit front back stitch)
