Kimberlite is an asymmetrical tee with a repeated theme of diamonds: the off-center textured panel is one large diamond made up of many smaller twist-stitch diamonds; the back features a diamond-shaped keyhole; and the V-neck front is half a diamond. So many diamonds!

Finished Measurements:
Bust: 30 3⁄4 (34, 37 1⁄4, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56)“ /78 (86.5, 94.5, 101.5, 112, 122, 132, 142)

Construction: This tee is worked from the bottom up in the round to the underarms. Then the Front and Back are worked separately back and forth in rows, with a V-neck in front and a diamond-shaped keyhole in the back. Short rows shape the shoulders, which are joined with a three-needle bind-off. Twisted rib at all the edges finishes everything neatly. The twist-stitch panel is charted only.

Yarn Requirements: 6 (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) balls Dale Garn Lerke (125 yd / 115 m per 1 3⁄4 oz / 50 g ball; 52% Merino Wool / 48% Cotton) in #3217

Needles: Size 5 US / 3.75 mm:
circular needle, 24–48” / 60–120 cm long, depending on bust size
needles in preferred style for small circumference knitting in the round
circular needle, 16” / 40 cm for neck edging
