This friendly little koala is having a eucalyptus snack. Kimmy is a quick knit, and a great way to us up leftover yarns. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the koala is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 3mm single pointed knitting needles (US 2.5).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; a few grammes in each colour.


NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, stitch markers and toy safety eyes.

SIZES
One size only - 10cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming and embroidery to finish.
