In recent months I’ve really become rather fond of Gonks and Gnomes. They seem so full of mischief and fun. My latest make is no exception, she oozes character and sass …. Pretty much like my 11 year granddaughter for whom I’ve made her for. She’s not really
a chocolate fan but she does love a Kinder egg so this is a perfect Easter Gift for her.

She’s not too difficult to knit. You’d only need basic stitch knowledge i.e. knit, purl, garter, cast off etc. I’ve used an iCord boarder on the basket and a normal iCord for the basket handle. Full instructions are included within the pattern.

Kinder Easter Egg Gonk Gnome is knitted flat using 3mm needles and DK yarn. I’ve also used a crotchet chain
around her waist and hat but if you are not into crotchet a thin yellow ribbon would work just as well.
