When I first came across the cute lacy heart motif I knew it would be perfect for a baby blanket. It’s a shame I don’t know who designed it and I cannot mention their name but I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart!
Kindhearted is a relatively small baby blanket. The lilac blanket is approximately 75/85 cm and the blue blanket is a bit bigger. Unfortunately I cannot give the exact dimensions as I gifted it away long time ago.
The dimensions depend on the yarn and needles used and also on blocking.
Bacause there are more yarn overs in the blue blanket, I needed a bit more yarn to knit it. I had five skeins of Drops Baby Merino and I used them all up. After finishing the lilac blanket, some yarn was left.
The pattern is charted and you can decide if you want the inner lacy frame or if you want to get rid of it, leaving just the hearts.
The pattern may seem a bit confusing at first, but trust me, it’s easier than it seems!
