About:

This Cowl is designed to be big, warm and snuggly. Matching the yarns is key in this project, using one variegated as colour 1, and one solid/semisolid as colour 2. Look for flecks of colour 2 through your variegated yarn. Make sure they are for the most part contrasting colours, so that the stripes pop.
The decreasing through the neck adds to the drape. The eyelets and stripes add texture and pattern to this cowl design, making it pop.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Recommended Yarn: 100% Corriedale DK. I used Honest DK by Union Fibre, and Kindness in Tabacco DK by Dye Happy. However you can make this with any DK/ 8ply yarn that meets gauge.

Needle Size: 5mm Circulars. This cowl is knit in the round using a 40cm -60cm cable.
Gauge: 19 stitches / 25 rows = 10cm

100g of Kindness by Dye Happy = 210m
