The kindred socks are knit top down, with a heel flap and rounded toe. This pattern is written for DPNs but can easily be adapted for magic loop or 9” circulars. The body of the sock is knit in the main colour and the colourwork is knit in the contrast colour(s).

Yarn: 1 skein of 100g fingering weight yarn
for MC, and approximately 10 (30, 40)g of
fingering weight yarn for CC(s). For hard
wearing socks, consider a coarser yarn with a
higher twist and more plies.

Leg and foot circumference: 5.5 (7.5, 9.5)” / 9,
14 (19, 24) cm unstretched. Socks will stretch
approximately 0.75” / 2 cm in width.
Length from cuff to top of heel: 2.75” / 7 cm
(5” / 13 cm, 5” / 13 cm)
Foot length: Toddler 4.75-6” / 12-15 cm
(Foot length for all sizes is adjustable).
