I was playing around with blending colors on this one. I wanted to see if I could get the faded color changes without the painted doily method of crocheting. I was also wanting to play with a Oval doily design. I was happy with my attempt. I did the first one in size 10 thread as a gift and then decided to make myself one in size 20 thread for myself.
