Kingfisher crochet pattern

This measures about 7cm tall and 5cm in length, when made with double knit yarn. When I make this Kingfisher I use the Cornish Blue, Spice and Cream shades of Stylecraft yarn.

Materials

3.5 mm hook (US E hook)
Approx 5g blue double knit weight yarn
Approx 2g orange double knit weight yarn
Approx 1g cream double knit weight yarn
Small amount of black yarn for details
Stuffing

Stitches needed:

• chain
• slip stitch
• single crochet (US), double crochet (UK)
• decrease
• increase
• half double crochet (US), half treble crochet (UK)
