I was on the look out for a large Kirby to be a bed time buddy and couldn’t find a pattern I liked so created my own.
He come out the size of about a honey melon.
The main body is crocheted with a 5mm hook using DK as I have quite a hard tension. If your tension is loose I recommend using same hook size but Aran weight for the body. Still use DK and 3.5mm for the eyes to get a good size.
I recommend purchasing 100g DK in the pink to avoid running out 50g would be enough for the shoes and left over white, blue and black will suffice for the eyes and mouth.
