This cute little cardigan is super simple to knit using just basic stitches. It is the perfect first garment for new knitters. Knit flat until the sleeves.

Pattern written in English using standard American knitting terms

YARN: requires between 435 - 570 yards (398-521 m) of size 6 super bulky weight yarn

NEEDLES: cardigan is worked flat using 15 mm (US 19), 24 inch long circular knitting needles

Crochet hook: 15.75 mm (USA Q) optional for edging, but can be omitted

Skill level: Beginner with familiarity with basic knitting stitches
