This scarf is easy to knit. The crescent shape is achieved by means of short rowing plus special edge treatments. It is really half of a crescent

LOOM: Kiss small gauge loom with at least 43 pegs using no spacers. Another loom that has the right peg count and can match the gauge may be used.

YARN: Cascade Bentley 205 yards 1 skein. 75% acrylic, 25% Superwash wool

GAUGE: 4 stitches/5 rows per inch in stockinette

SIZE: wide end is 10.5”, long side is 58.5”. If you fail to match gauge perfectly the scarf will not be exact in size but a range from 8-12” wide and 53-60” long is generally acceptable so for this project, getting a close gauge is adequate.

Stitches used are fully defined in the pattern.

If you decide to lengthen the pattern, an additional skein of yarn will be required. At the size given, 1 skein of Cascade Bentley is adequate.
