This cozy, stylish beanie is a great representation of the vibe of my favourite neighbourhood, Kitsilano, in Vancouver, Canada. It can be knit as a snug beanie (or toque as we say up here in the Great White North) or it can be slouchy, as seen in the photos. This easy-to-knit beanie was constructed using a chart from the brilliant Andrea Rangel’s Alterknit Stitch Dictionary and is knit seamlessly in the round.

Yarn: Single skein of any DK weight yarn

Needles: US 5 (3.50 mm)
US 6 (4.00 mm)

I hope you enjoy wearing this hat as much as I do!
