5mm (US 8) 60cm/24” circular needles, or size to obtain gauge
Darning needle

GAUGE
Approx. 18 sts and 28 rows = 10cm/4” in stockinette stitch after blocking. Gauge is not critical, but any change in gauge will affect meterage required and finished size.
