Tutu is made with tulle.

Gauge is not important, I have written instructions on how to make it the size that you need by getting measurements. It has button enclosures as well so you can make it tighter after it is made.

Here are some average waist measurements you can use as a guide.

0-3 months: 14”
3-6 months: 15-16”
6-12 months: 17-18”
12-24 months: 19”
2T/3T: 20-21”
4T/5T: 22”
