Kiwi amigurumi bird
ONPOKI LITTLE KIWI - CROCHET PATTERN
LEVEL: Beginner Level 2. Knowledge of the amigurumi basic stitches (including magic ring, single crochet, increase, decrease, and slip stitch). I will explain you with pictures how to assemble the beak and the feet correctly to the body and how to make a triple decrease.
PDF (printable): 13 pages with very detailed instructions and 56 images to provide visual help for the process.
Size of finished KIWI: 5.5 cm (2.16 inches) wide and 10 cm (3.93 inches) tall using Aran weight yarn (AKA medium / 4 / 10 ply / worsted / afghan) and a 3.00 mm (US D/3 - UK-CAN 11) crochet hook.
You will need:
- 22 grams of yarn
- 3.5 mm (US E/4 - UK-Can 9) crochet hook
- Stitch marker (optional)
- 12 mm safety eyes
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
- A little of polyester fiberfill
- 30 grs of plastic pellets or something that to give the Kiwi more stability (optional)
