I have designed a series of patterns for my sock-knitting students. The patterns are basic, walking the student through the structural components of sock making.

These socks begin with a Holy Cast-On at the toe using double point needles, or Judy’s Magic Cast On using circular needles. The heel design mimics the traditional “Heel Flap” construction of top-down socks. The cuff is completed by using “Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-Off.”
