This tutorial contains:

• Casting on
• Stockinette knitting in circular rows (both side rows are knit stitches)
• Knitting the ruffle
• Forming of the toe and “boomerang” heel

Materials:
- Circular needles 3.5mm and 3.0mm, stockinette (double pointed, DPN) needles № 3.5mm,
sewing needle with big hole for hiding yarn tips.
The yarn expenses are approximately 50-100gr., depending on size.
KNITTING DENSITY:
21 stitches in 10 cm after WHT (the swatch is knitted with the pattern according to the
chart, with № 3,5 needles), where 1cm=2,1cm
Knit a swatch before your work with the yarn you’ve chosen, do a WHT and measure the
number of stitches and rows in 10 cm of height and width of the swatch.
The original is knitted with Gazzal Organic Baby Cotton yarn 50gr/115m, with needles
№3,5mm.
