1. I made this sword to go with the Chainmail Helmet.
2. I used a piece of plastic canvas between the blade portion to add stability.
3. It uses a small amount of polyfil. I did not want mine overly stuffed.
4. The sword is made in one piece, repeated 2 times, and then whipstitched together.
