This is absolutely my very favorite scarf! I love it - and I wear it a lot during the winter in Colorado.

Materials needed = size 8 needles (I used circulars and I knit tight, so you may want to use 7 or 6); or smaller if you knit loose); one skein of alpaca 3-ply yarn (my skein was 225 yards); crochet hook for weaving in ends, and scissors

size will be approximately 5.5 inches wide by 6-7 feet long - all depends on your tightness - you can always add more rows

approximately 6 stitches across and 5 rows = 1 inch, or more if you use smaller needles
