Several knitters here on Ravelry have mentioned that they were interested in my college tote pattern which I originally designed as a crochet project. Having limited experience as a knitter, I set off to do my best to make and re-write the pattern in a knit version. I must say that was quite a challenge for a non-knitter like me!

The most difficult part of the pattern for me was trying to make the drawstring section. Each of my pattern testers had some difficulty with this part, most likely due to my inexperience as a knitter and writing patterns for this craft. I would like to encourage anyone who is interested in trying this pattern to read through the project notes of my testers or to simply work the bag without holes for the drawstring and cut them once the bag has been felted and dried.
