Knit Me If You Can Sweater
Knitting pattern for a classic raglan sweater with a turtleneck, a loose and cropped fit and a statement slogan in sizes XS | S | M (L | XL | 2XL) 3XL | 4XL | 5XL.
Structure:
The sweater is knitted top down in stockinette stitch and with raglan increases. To shape the round neck, the shoulders and the back part are knitted back and forth in rows. You are working the raglan increases as well as additional increases to shape the round neck. After the work is closed to the round, the yoke is shaped with increases in every second round until the sleeves are separated from the body. Afterwards, the body is finished in one piece and ends with a 2x2 ribbed hem. The sleeves are knitted in rounds too, shaped with decreases and finished with a 2x2 ribbed hem too. In the end, i-cords are knitted and placed on the upper front part of the sweater forming the slogan “knit me if you can“.
The fit of the sweater is loose and oversized, the length is cropped for a modern look. The popping statement-slogan on the chest makes the look perfect.
