I made these after searching for a pattern that I could knit quickly and would please my daughter, who gets cold in an air conditioned room. You cannot escape air conditioning in the heat of an Arizona summer, so we decided to make these to help keep her warm.

These knit up quickly and are easy enough for someone who is learning to work with more than one color of yarn.

All you need is some yarn, a size 5 needle and a needle to sew it all together!
