This circular knitting pattern will make a little tiger that stands approximately 7.5” tall (from bottom of paws to top of head) and is delightfully soft and floppy. I used sport weight yarn, but larger yarn/needles will create a larger toy.

Each body part is knit separately then sewn together.

I embroidered the nose and stripes onto the toy, I thought about creating stripes while knitting, but I liked the thin, homespun look of embroidered stripes.

I find tiny hands really enjoy carrying these around, and since they’re only 7.5” tall, they’re ready to travel. This size toy also makes a great newborn/baby photo prop.
