This is a very simple pattern for a knitted tractor toy.
The main body of the tractor (engine and cab) are knitted in flat pieces and sewn together, while the wheels are knitted in the round.
Finished tractor will measure approximately 7x7 inches, using sport weight yarn.
This toy can be knit in any weight of yarn, as long as each color used has the same weight.
Know that if you use bigger yarn, your finished toy will be bigger.

Included in the pattern are instructions for how to add bells to make this toy perfect for tiny farmers!

Materials needed: Yarn, Circular needles or DPNs, Interfacing (or some sort of stiffener, I’ve even used thin cardboard in a pinch…) yarn needle, stuffing, bells (if you’d like to do the rattle portion)
