Made up of several knitted pieces placed in varying designs on a felt background. Includes knitted bunting pieces, knitted birthday cake piece, knitted smiley face with party hat, and knitted balloons. Balloon string, candle, bunting string and hair for the smiley face are all made with finger-knitted pieces.

Completed Picture Size as shown – Approx. 22-23cm square

Bunting Piece Size – 3.5 cm x 4 cm
Balloon Piece Size – 4.5 cm x 7 cm
Birthday Cake Piece Size – 4.5 cm x 4.5 cm
Party Smiley Face Piece Size – 5 cm x 6 cm

What you will need…

Total time – 2 Hours 55 Minutes each picture as shown (variable according to design)
3.25mm knitting needles (UK 10, US 3)

Double knitting yarn – various colours (grey, pink, yellow, white, light blue, light brown, medium brown and dark brown as shown)

Felt square or other suitable background material (Approx. 22-23cm² or size adapted to your design or frame. Piece demonstrated is 22.6cm x 22.8cm)

Picture frame or cardboard background to attach your completed picture to

Scissors

Stuffing/Toy Filling (not demonstrated but is optional)
