This is a knitted headscarf.

I wanted to create a colorful headband made with scrap sock yarn and this is what I created.

This is a pretty freeing pattern in that if you wanted to make an extra row of one color then you can. Also, the colors used can be replaced with any colors you like.

Gauge 7sts/inch
Knitting Needles: 3.00 needles
Fingering Weight Sock Yarn 80% wool/20% nylon
