Knitted Hobbes Doll
This pattern is based on the crochet Hobbes by Sukigirl74. No infringement on her wonderful design is intended and no infringement on Bill Waterson’s Hobbes intended either.
This pattern is kind of complicated in that i don’t like finishing so I tried to include all color changes and everything as I went so there is a combination of knitting in the round, intarsia in the round, tying in colors and wrap and turns. It is worked with a set of five No. 6 DPNs.
Right now my own Hobbes is incomplete - all the pieces are knitted but I have to stuff them and sew them into the doll (told you I hate finishing!). I’ll post images of the finished product once it’s done.
PLEASE READ THE PATTERN ALL THE WAY THROUGH BEFORE BEGINNING THE PROJECT!
