This rosette knitting pattern in knitted on 4mm (us 6) straight knitting needles with double knitting (light worsted) yarn producing a rosette approx 11cm x 24cm

This pattern is ideal for using up oddments of yarn, with each rosette taking around 30g approx depending on yarn type.
Recommended yarns are alpaca, alpaca mixes, wool/silk mixes or cottons something with a bit of weight and a nice feel! you could even knit the rosettes in different weights of yarn to produce smaller or larger rosettes.
If you are a competent knitter each rosette takes about 2-3 hours to knit and finish.
