Knitted Mitt(en)s in a plaid-like pattern. The horizontal stripes are knitted in and the vertical stripes are made by chain-stitch embroidery on the finished fabric.
Knitted flat on two needles with a side seam.
Uses 2 oz Patons Double Knitting in Snow White 504 and small amounts / less than 1/2 ounce in 3 contrasting shades. Suggested: Loam Brown 5, Bright Olive 6068 and Tangerine 6219. A pair No. 10 (3.25 mm) needles.
To fit a 6.5-7 size hand (teens or small adults). Tension, 6 sts and 8 rows per inch.
