Knitted Pumpkin
Knitted pumpkins for everyone!
I love this time of the year, well… when it’s not 104 degrees outside. I look forward to wearing my knitted sweaters, shawls, and socks. But, until then I can enjoy my knitted pumpkins around the house.
This pattern is for bulky pumpkins, but you can easily adjust it to use smaller yarn and needles.
Materials:
Yarn: Yarn Bee, Effortless Super Bulky. Colorway: Heirloom Silver. 111 yards.
Size 11 US circular needles, 16 in.
Size 11 US DPN needles (or another circular needles – same size and length).
Stitch marker, tapestry needle, poly fil.
Optional: Tulle, stick, paint, small paintbrush, hot glue sticks/gun.
Gauge: 4 stitches / 5 rows = 4 inches
Abbreviations:
k – knit
k2tog – knit 2 stitches together
st – stitch or stitches
