I designed this pattern for beginners. You only need basic skills to knit head, body and tail (three pieces) to shape an adorable kitty!

I made the colored graphic charts so you can get the concept of how to make the project at first glance (much easier than staring at text-based pattern line by line while you’re knitting!) I wrote the instructions without abbreviations. Plus, step-by-step photos with additional instructions, and video links for stitch tips I found on YouTube are also included.

The black cat is 6” tall, made with worsted weight yarn, needle 7; light worsted yarn for the brown cat, needle 6. White cat is 9” tall, made with two strands of worsted yarn, needle 10.
