A cozy knitted snail as a small cute toy, decoration or an ornament for the Christmas tree. I always keep all yarn leftover, however small, and they work really well for something like this. It is a great little project to use up yarn from the stash and bring joy to any household. The snails are knitted in the round on needle size 3.5mm (US #4) in worsted yarn but any weight of yarn can be used while adjusting the needlesize up or down so the filling doesn’t show. Choose filling of your liking whether it is wool, cotton, synthetic or old ends that have been kept. This is a great way of creating joy while leaving no waste behind.
