Knitted Pattern for Stocking Hat. This is easy to make and fun to wear. I used 2 skeins of 50g weight yarn for this hat. It is great for men or women. If you decide to make it for a child just use smaller needles and smaller weight yarn. You may even wish to cast on fewer stitches. This hat is pretty stretchy due to the ribbing at the beginning. If you don’t know how to do some of the stitches I’ve found that YouTube is quite helpful. This is perfect for the beginning knitter.
