Yarn used for these two are Knit Picks Palette and Knit Picks Worsted weight. Acrylic yarn burns so wool is a better choice if you are going to be using these for hot pots and pans. Use up your scraps with these. Use acrylic scraps if you are going to use your trivet to set a vase or cold dish on. Use your own colors. Small scraps can be used to make up pieces.
