Set of 4 size 4 double pointed needles
3 oz. worsted weight yarn (2 colors if you like)
5 stitch markers (4 of 1 color, 1 of another color)
Tapestry needle

K: Knit
K2tog: Knit 2 together
K3in1: Knit 3 sts in next st by knitting front loop, then back loop, then front loop again
K3tog: Knit 3 sts together
P: Purl
P3tog: Purl 3 together
Pm: Place Marker
Sm: Slip marker
Ssk: Slip, slip, knit
