The written crochet pattern (in US terms) provides instructions for SIX SIZES: ‘newborn’ (approximately 0-2 months), ‘baby’ (approximately 2-6 months), ‘toddler’ (approximately 6-18 months), ‘child’ (approximately 18+ months), adult (S/M), and adult (L). Please note: sizes are only a guide; individual head size may vary. Individual photos of only the first 2 sizes are shown, but the patterns for the remaining ones will result in progressively larger beanies.

Apart from the DK yarn (in colours grey, charcoal, and white) and a 4.00 mm crochet hook, the only additional material required is a darning needle, with which to weave in the ends.
