Amigurumi koala’s size ~ 6,5 inches (17 cm), using the materials described.

MATERIALS:

  1. Yarn for crocheting (Weight category 2: Fine, Type Sport, 5 ply, 12 wpi). I use Yarn Art Jeans (55% cotton + 45% acrylic; 1,76 oz / 50 g; 175 yards / 160 m) color 46 grey, 35 yellow, 53 black;
  2. Yarn for embroidery eyes, eyebrows and mouth. I use Yarn Art Iris (100% cotton; 0,7 oz / 151 yards / 138 m / 20 g) color 935 black. You can use other yarn of suitable thickness or yarn for embroidery);
  3. Yarn for embroidery cheeks. I use Yarn Art Jeans (55% cotton + 45% acrylic; 1,76 oz / 50 g; 175 yards / 160 m) color 35 yellow (I separated 2 strands from 5). You can use other yarn of suitable thickness or yarn for embroidery;
  4. Stuffing materials (I use hollow fiber);
  5. Scissors;
  6. Crochet hook (I use 2 mm size, size B to USA classification);
  7. Needles for sewing (blunt end, metal or plastic);
  8. Needles for pinning details;
  9. Plastic rattle.
