I had great fun making these.
I take a lot of my inspiration from nature and natural history programmes.
I saw some of these beautiful fish and just couldn’t resist them.
Each fish is approximately 30cm long and apart from the eyes and patches everything is crocheted on as you go meaning there is very minimal sewing.
There are very detailed instructions all the way through including great tips for attaching the patches of colour too…..

This item can be made bigger by increasing WPI.
To recreate in Aran use a 4mm hook and increase wool amount by 60%.
To recreate in Chunky use a 5mm hook and increase wool amount by 200%.
