Koi Rama
Koi Rama is a bottom up lace shawl that comes with 2 sizes, medium and large. It is actually a soft rounded shawl instead of a triangular shawl. The name is given because you can see butterfly and koi fish scale on the shawl.
It is a very interesting knit as you will make some new stitches with pattern at the RS and WS. I really like how vintage looking it is!
I made the shawls beadless but I have beads placement suggestion included in the patterns. There are numerous knitters made theirs with beads and they look gorgeous!
Fall Mystery KAL - Koi Rama
Koi Rama is the name I give to the shawl and just like what we see from the attached photo, a koi fish and a butterfly! Rama-rama means Butterfly in Malay and this is the theme I set for this coming mystery KAL!
Please join this KAL and have some fun!
This pattern cost 4usd during the KAL and it will be 6usd after 21st of October.
Please use this Koi Rama picture as the project picture till the end of KAL. Thanks!!!
