Kona Rasta Board Shorts
The Kona Rasta Board Shorts are so stylish! Although they’re not really designed to be worn in the water, they will look awesome on the beach or at any pool party! The pattern is written clearly and is beginner friendly. It explains how to custom fit the shorts based on measurments, so there’s no having to count your stitches for each row. The pattern provides suggested measurements for sizes Mens Small thru Mens XXXL or you can use your particular measurements as well. I am happy to help if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out. I hope you enjoy this pattern as much as I did!
Supplies needed:
Yarn: Worsted weight #4 yarn, for mens small you’ll need 725+ yd of black, 100 yd each of red, yellow, green. More yardage needed for larger sizes. I used Red Heart Super Saver in black, cherry red, bright yellow and paddy green. Red Heart Super Saver yarn is really good for this project because its sturdy & firm enough to hold its shape really well but is not rough nor scratchy.
