Front and back post stitches worked in a modified pineapple design form a beautifully textured design of ripe nuts, finished with a scalloped lace border in this elegant triangular shawlette.

This pattern requires 450-550m of worsted-weight yarn and a 5mm hook, and blocks to approx 180cm tip-to-tip. It is possible to repeat the main pattern if you wish to use a lighter yarn or make a larger shawl.

You will need to be familiar with front-post and back-post stitches.
