Skill level: Intermediate. Color work sweater is worked from the top down in a single piece with
raglan sleeves. The entire sweater is knit in the round.

Size: To fit bust size: Small (38”), Medium (42”), Large (46”).
Sweater shown in photo is medium. Sweater has approx. 4-6” negative ease for a more flattering
fit.

Materials: 8 colors (1 black, 1 red, and 6 blue gradients) 100% pure Rohrspatz und Wollmeise
birdies (fingering weight merino wool) yarn - pattern requires approximately 1585-1800 yards
depending on size.

Needles: US size 4 circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge). One set of US 4 double
pointed needles.

Other: Stitch markers, stitch holders (or scrap of yarn), and yarn needle.

Gauge: 28 stitches and 32 rows worked in Stockinette = 4” x 4” square on size US 4 needles.
