Materials Needed
•For beanie: Worsted weight yarn in red, white. In this pattern I used Red Heart Super Saver in Burgundy, White. Fur yarn in white. In this pattern I used Go For Faux in Chinchilla. Eyelash yarn in white. I used the brand ICE Yarns (there was no color listed)
•For horns: Worsted weight yarn in brown. In this pattern I used Read Heart Super Saver in Coffee
•Hook: 3.5MM, 4MM, 6.5MM
•Darning needle, stitch marker, scissors
•Fiberfil
•Foam head (optional, just makes sewing the horns on easier)
•2 12-inch pipe cleaners (optional)
•Bell/Fur Pom/Yarn Pom- which ever tickles your fancy
For this pattern it is recommended that you utilize a thick sturdy yarn such as red heart super saver or caron one pound. As much as I love Big Twist, it is not sturdy enough for a specific section of this pattern

Abbreviations
SC: single crochet
HDC: half double crochet
INC: increase (2 HDC in one stitch)
DEC: decrease (HDC two stitches together)
Sl St: slip stitch
FO: fasten off
MR: Magic Ring
BLO: back loop only (crochet in the back loop only)
(): repeat anything in parenthesis the number of times indicated
Special Stitches:
• BO: Bobble Stitch: Yarn over, insert hook into stitch, yarn over and pull through. You will have 3 loops on your hook. Yarn over, pull through 2 of the loops. Repeat 4 times (so that you have 6 loops on the hook), yarn over and pull through all 6 loops.
• BPHDC: Back Post Half Double Crochet: Yarn over, insert hook from back to front between the posts of the first and second HDC then front to back between the posts of the second and third HDC, yarn over and pull through, you should have 3 loops on your hook. Yarn over and pull through all loops.

This is an intermediate crochet pattern. The following skills are needed in order to complete this pattern: knowledge of basic stitches, knowledge of bobble stitch, working in front post, double strand crocheting, ability to sew parts on.
