A simple 2x2 ribbed hat with a tailored top decrese. This hat is the DK weight version of my pattern, The Triple Crown which is designed to use a DK or worsted held with Mohair for an Aran weight hat. This is designed to use a DK or light worsted on its own, or a fingering weight held with mohair.

Sizes: Child (Adult)

Needles: US size 5(3.75mm) 16” circular needle and DPNs

Yarn: 1 Skein Juniper Moon Farm Herriot 219yds/100g or any DK/Light worsted weight yarn.

Gauge:
5 sts = 1” in stockinette stitch
