YARN: The Fibre Co. Road to China (65% baby alpaca, 15% silk, 10% camel, 10% cashmere; 69 yds/50 gm skein): sapphire, 2 skeins.
GAUGE: 20 sts + 24 rnds = 4” (10 cm) in Lace Pattern.
NEEDLES: 1 – 16” US 6 (4 mm) circs and 1 – 16” US 7 (4.5 mm) circs and set dpns, or size to obtain gauge.
SIZE: 8.5“ height, 16” brim circumference, unstretched.
SKILLS: Working in the round, lace from charts, decreasing in pattern.
