This hat belongs to the Villanelle / Nelly sweater series,
inspired by the eclectic fashion sense of Villanelle -
the heroine of the BBC series „Killing Eve“.

The hat is knitted from the top down with plötulopi held double. There is NO stranded knitting, only one colour per round, the zigzag is created with a chevron pattern.

The plötulopi from www.thingborg.is is softer than other plötulopi and I highly recommend it. The handdyed colours by Hörpugull and Slettuskjótt are just amazingly beautiful and fun. Feldfplötulopi is also a great alternative.
