Kruunutar is a Finnish word meaning a girl with a crown. The pattern of the Kruunutar beanie resembles a crown. The design combines seed stitch, stockinette stitch, and cables. The beanie is easy to knit due to its simple design. So pretty, so easy! Knit and enjoy!

Kruunutar on päätä rennosti myötäilevä pipo, jossa on korkea palmikoilla koristeltu joustinkaitale. Kuviossa kruunun sakarat kiertävät päätä, ja leveät sileät raidat jatkuvat päälaelle saakka. Kapeat pystyraidat muodostuvat helmineuleesta. Malliltaan helppo pipo valmistuu parissa illassa.

Ohje sopii neulojalle, joka hallitsee seuraavat perustaidot:
-oikean ja nurjan silmukan neulominen
-kavennus 2 o yhteen, 2 n yhteen ja yhdistetty kavennus
-valepalmikko = Neulo kolme silmukkaa käänteisesti: Neulo ensin vasemman puikon kolmas, sitten toinen ja lopuksi ensimmäinen silmukka etureunastaan oikein. Päästä silmukat puikolta kerralla.

Malabrigo Rios: 100 % Superwash Merino Wool, color 035, 100 g = 192 m/210 yds or
Sirdar Cashmere Merino Silk: 75 % Merino Wool, 20 % Silk, 5 % Cashmere, color 421, 50 g = 116 m/127 yds or
Silke Peo 30 Merino: 100 % Virgin Wool Shrink Resistant, color 850, 50 g =100 m
You need 70 g for the beanie.

Circular needles 3 and 3,5 mm/40 cm (US 2,5 and 4/16”) and double-pointed needles 3,5 mm (US 4)

STITCHES USED
k=knit
p=purl
cross 3 = Knit into the front of the third stitch, then the second stitch, and then the first stitch. Slip all three stitches off the left-hand needle together.
k2tog=knit two stitches together
p2tog=purl two stitches together
sl2-k1-p2sso=centered double decrease
