About the Kueh Tutu Pattern
This is a PDF written pattern and photo tutorial for crocheting a Kueh Tutu.
It does not include a stitch diagram or chart.
The Kueh Tutu is a round-shaped traditional steamed rice flour sweet snack filled with palm sugar, commonly found in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Southern Thailand.
The Singaporean Kueh Tutu is hard to find these days and available when there are festive night markets or pasar malams.
This is an attempt to capture the nostalgic childhood local snack in crochet. Makes you want to go out and buy some after crocheting it!
